My Pink October

There are just a few days left to the end of October and I realized that I hadn't done anything or shared anything with you to commemorate breast cancer as is the custom this time of year.
My outfit of choice this year has got to be one of the best dresses I have worn in a long, long time.
From the colour, the silk fabric, the low back and midi length, these are all details that drew me to this dress. Even though I spend A LOT of time in jeans, dresses also hold a special place in my heart. There is something so feminine about a dress such as this.
Styling it was a bit tough because the dress does stand out on its own. I thought simple accessories would do such as these strappy black sandals, small earrings and a dainty watch. I added the necklace as an afterthought. All in all I think the outfit came together pretty well.
Outfit Details:
Shoes: Borrowed from my sister
Necklace: Borrowed from mum
Earrings: T-Mall
Bracelet: Gift
