AUDREY'S STYLE: Assymetrical Hemline + Loafers

Hello lovelies! For me to wear skirts, they must have something of interest that makes them stand out. I'm not a huge fan of skirts and only recently added them to my wardrobe. I bought this skirt last year but it was too big for me. I had intentions of altering it a bit but I couldn't find a way to do so without spoiling it's style. So I left it alone. After I had Elly, who celebrates her 5 month birthday today, I tried it on once again and it fitted. I have worn it once before and this time it begged to make a debut on the blog.
I paired it with a multi-coloured printed shirt and light pink blazer, white loafers, pink earrings and a drop necklace. I wasn't sure about the shoes but I think the outfit turned out ok. I'm having a bit of a difficult time wearing skirts because I still don't have much of a waistline but I don't want to give up just yet. I love challenges and this is one I am yet to declare defeat.
Outfit Details: Skirt: Botique i2s; Blouse: Bus-Station; Blazer: Kawangware; Loafers: Gift; Earrings: Gift; Necklace: from a friend

  1. I like the blouse / blazer combo. That is an intereting skirt.
