Inches 2 Style

A blog on fashion, motherhood and personal development.

It's Sunday and all I want to do is sleep. How boring is that? I took out a shirt of mine that I wanted to redo and I couldn't keep my eyes open. Then when I decided to take a power nap, the construction workers decided to start cutting tiles and the machine combined with the noise of the tile being cut is so awful, I had to kiss my nap goodbye. So here I am posting something that has been pending for a while.
I found these pictures and remembered that I had intended to do a blog post on something I ate a while back. I love good food. I'm not a gourmet chef but I like to try new recipes from time to time. I'm slowly getting into the routine of making something new each week. I was asked by the doctor to increase the amount of fibre in my diet so that meant more vegetables. Don't get me wrong I love vegetables. What I don't like is eating them cooked in the same old way over and over again.
So this one time I ate fried whole potatoes, home-made tomato sauce, a boiled egg and steamed French beans.

It feels good to eat a well balanced meal for a change.

What is that one thing that keeps you grounded? The one thing that prevents you from forgetting who you are when you mingle with people from different walks of life? I found my answer today and I'm overjoyed!!

This week do something daring and...

Have a wonderful week!!!
