Inches 2 Style

A blog on fashion, motherhood and personal development.

****I read a lot of many different things and as a way to share them with my readers, I decided to add this weekly feature to the blog. I will feature share some of the interesting and inspiring things I've read. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Blogging opens up so many avenues, you meet so many people from many different walks of life. People blog for many different reasons but it can have both a negative and positive effect on your career. Alison Green gives tips on how you can use blogging to help in your career.

I always find it very inspiring when I see people I first met when they were younger, grow up and begin to pursue their dreams. Stephanie Wakaba was in my sister's class and I had the chance to hear her sing once again. It's important to follow one's dreams. One of my mottos is  "It's better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection."~Bhagavad Gita.

This was a humorous read. I couldn't put any of the sentiments Waksy expresses in this post in better words.

Tired of eating restaurant bought pizzas, try these simple homemade pizza recipes from A beautiful Mess.

I recently started following Shasie's blog, Live Life in Style and I'm so addicted (in a good way of course!). She is very inspiring, she juggles a job and a very interesting blog. She recently attended the Texas Style Council and she was sweet enough to tell us about what she learnt as well as share some photos of the event.

Yellow is one of my favourite colours for spring/summer. Sabrina give some yellow inspiration.

I hope you're all having a wonderful week!!!
